Boiled Lobster Tails Recipes

Method :

  1. Place 4 frozen 6-8 ounce rock lobster tails on cutting board.

  2. With large sharp knife, cut down through center of hard top shell, cutting through meat but not through under membrane.

  3. Spread open, butterfly-style, so meat is on top.

  4. Cover tail fans with foil.

  5. Brush meat with melted butter.

  6. Broil 4 inches from heat about 17 minutes.

  7. Brush often with butter.

  8. Meat is done when it loses its translucency and can be flaked with a fork.

Serves 2
