Method :
Grate the onion. Put in a small pan with
the other ingredients. Simmer very gently for 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Make the
beefburgers. Put them in a grill pan without the grid. Spoon the
sauce over and grill gently for about 10 minutes each side, basting
occasionally with the sauce. Either serve in bread buns or in a warm,
shallow serving dish. Garnished with slices of tomato and parsley.
