Cheese-Topped Lettuce Recipes

Method :

  1. Thoroughly chill 2 ounces blue cheese in freezer 20-30 minutes.

  2. Cut 2 crosswise slices from head of lettuce.

  3. Place lettuce slices on salad plates.

  4. Spoon oil and vinegar salad dressing over each.

  5. Shred a generous fluff of blue cheese over each.

Serves 2
