Cream Cheese and Fenugreek Log Recipes
225 g cream cheese
50 g fenugreek sprouts
1/2 tsp made mustard
salt and pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp thyme
- Mix the cheese with finely chopped
fenugreek sprouts and season with mustard, salt and pepper.
- Shape into a cylinder and chill
for 15 minutes.
- Mix the chopped herbs on a flat
surface and roll the "log" in the herb mixture until well coated.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before
This log may be served on a cheese
board, or may be sliced and placed on biscuits or rounds or wholemeal
