Cream Cheese and Fenugreek Log Recipes

Ingredients :

225 g cream cheese

50 g fenugreek sprouts

1/2 tsp made mustard

salt and pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

2 tbsp thyme

Method :
  1. Mix the cheese with finely chopped fenugreek sprouts and season with mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into a cylinder and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix the chopped herbs on a flat surface and roll the "log" in the herb mixture until well coated.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Note :

This log may be served on a cheese board, or may be sliced and placed on biscuits or rounds or wholemeal bread.

Serves 4 - 6
