Chinese Pork with Asian Coleslaw Recipes

Ingredients :

250g Chinese roasted pork

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 1/2 tbsp mirin

1/2 sesame oil

2 tsp lime juice

2 tsp sugar

135g Chinese cabbage (wom buk), finely shredded

90g bean sprouts

1 large carrot, grated

3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

3 spring onions, thinly sliced

lime wedges, to serve

Method :
  1. Thinly slice the roasted pork.
  2. Place the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, lime juice and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Place the cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot, coriander leaves and spring onion in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Pour on the dressing and toss through.
  5. Divide the coleslaw among four serving plates, top with the pork and serve with lime wedges.

Ready to eat in 15 minutes

Serves 4 - 6
