Soup with Lettuce and Assortment Recipes

Ingredients :

375g Cos lettuce

113g grass carp

75g pig's liver

75g lean pork

2 slices ginger

4 cups or suitable amount of water

Seasoning

1/3 tsp salt

2 tsp ginger juice

2 tsp wine

1 tsp caltrop starch

dash of sesame oil

pinch of pepper

2 tsp oil

Method :
  1. Separate the leaves of lettuce. Wash and drain.

  2. Cut grass carp, pig's liver and lean pork into thin slices. Add seasoning and marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Sauté ginger slices. Pour in water and bring to the boil. Add lettuce and bring the ingredients to the boil again. Then add grass carp, pig's liver and lean pork slices. Cook until the ingredients are done. Season with pinch of salt. Serve with light soy sauce.
