Mix salmon,
chopped spring onions (shallots), lemon juice and celery in casserole.
Add parmesan cheese to sauce and pour over salmon mixture. Mix well.
Bake for 30 minutes. Alternatively, cover and microwave on 'medium' for
12-14 minutes, and then let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before
serving. Sprinkle with chopped eggs and serve.
