Roasted Duck Breast with Cranberry Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

1pc duck breast

500gm potato

50ml cream

75gm butter

1 tbsp orange juice

3 tbsp cranberry yogurt

1 tbsp cream

1 tsp chopped parsley

salt and pepper

Method :

Peel potato and boil until soft. Mash potato. Add butter and cream. Sear duck breast and roast at 180C for 9 minutes. Mix yogurt, cream and orange juice. Simmer under slow fire until slightly thickened. Add chopped parsley into sauce. Slice duck diagonally and pour sauce on top.

Serves 1
