Beef Pepper Curry Recipes

Ingredients :

Ground to a fine paste

black peppercorns

cloves garlic

cili padi

beef, slice thinly

green chilies, sliced lengthwise

thick soy sauce


salt to taste

Method :
  1. Mix the ground ingredients with the meat and the soy sauce.
  2. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan, add meat and fry quickly for a few minutes.
  4. Add a little water and simmer over low heat till meat is tender.
  5. Just before serving, add in the sliced green chilies.
  6. Serve hot.

Serves 6 - 8

Note :

You can increase the amount of peppercorns if you like your food really hot and spicy.
