Method :
- Mix the ground ingredients with the meat and the soy sauce.
- Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan, add meat and fry
quickly for a few minutes.
- Add a little water and simmer over low heat till meat is tender.
- Just before serving, add in the sliced green chilies.
- Serve hot.
Serves 6 - 8
Note :
You can increase the amount of peppercorns if you like your food really
hot and spicy.
