Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the shredded ginger till brown.
- Add ground ingredients (A) and fry till brown and crispy.
- Add shallots and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken and mix well, then add enough water to cook chicken,
and let it simmer on medium heat till tender.
- Add quartered onions, potatoes, salt, vinegar, fresh chilies and
cucumber, and cook over low heat till potatoes are soft.
