Blend into a thin paste

corn flour

thick soy sauce

light soy sauce



sugar and salt to taste

large onion, diced

stick of cinnamon

bean curd, fried and cubed

minced beef


French beans, cabbage, sliced

Method :
  1. In a saucepan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry the diced onion and cinnamon stick until fragrant.
  2. Add the vegetables and enough water to cover.
  3. Put in the mince and boil until the meat is cooked.
  4. Add the blended ingredients and bean curd and leave to simmer until the gravy thickens.
  5. Serve as a main dish with rice.
