Papaya Chutney Recipes

Ingredients :

papaya, cut into big cubes

apples, cut into cubes

cloves garlic

ground black pepper

onions cut into half

white pepper


ground ginger

brown sugar

salt to taste

pinch of mixed spices

Method :
  1. In a saucepan, boil the papaya, apples and sugar on low heat until very soft them mix well.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients except vinegar and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add the vinegar and salt to taste.
  4. Cool before storing in airtight jars.

Serves 6 - 8
