Pineapple and Prawn Curry Cooking Recipes

pineapple, sliced thick

large prawns

oil

 

Ground Fine

dried chilies

shallots

cloves garlic

piece turmeric

candlenuts

stalks lemon grass

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a pan, and when smoking, add the ground ingredients and fry until fragrant.
  2. Add the prawns and pineapple, and salt and sugar to taste.
  3. Stir well and simmer over medium heat till prawns are done and pineapples is tender.

Serves 4 - 6

Note :

You can substitute salt fish (ikan sepat) for the prawns in this recipe. If you use the salt fish, it must first be fried.
