Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, and when smoking, add the ground ingredients
and fry until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and pineapple, and salt and sugar to taste.
- Stir well and simmer over medium heat till prawns are done and
pineapples is tender.
Serves 4 - 6
Note :
You can substitute salt fish (ikan sepat) for the prawns in this recipe.
If you use the salt fish, it must first be fried.
