Pork and Pineapple Soup Recipes

Ingredients :

salt and sugar to taste

Pound together roughly

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry pounded ingredients, pork and pineapple.
  2. Fry for a few minutes, then add water, and sugar and salt to taste.
  3. If you like the soup a little sour, add a pieces of asam gelugur, and simmer till pork is tender.
  4. Serve piping hot with rice.

Serves 4 - 6
