Pork and Pineapple Soup Recipes

pineapple,
diced
salt and
sugar to taste
Pound
together roughly
shallots
black
peppercorns
piece
belacan, toasted |
Method :
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry pounded ingredients, pork and
pineapple.
- Fry for a few minutes, then add water, and sugar and salt to
taste.
- If you like the soup a little sour, add a pieces of asam
gelugur, and simmer till pork is tender.
- Serve piping hot with rice.
