Pork Chop Curry With Onions Recipes

pork chops

large onion, slice into thick rings

vinegar

oil

salt to taste

Ground fine

fresh red chilies

pods garlic

Method :
  1. Marinate the pork in a mixture of the ground ingredients, vinegar and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large, heavy bottomed pan, and fry the chops till brown on both sides.
  3. Add enough water to cover, cover the pan and simmer over low heat till chops are tender and liquid absorbed.
  4. Add the onion rings and fry for a few more minutes till transparent.
  5. Serve piping hot with rice and vegetables.
