Pork Chop Curry With Onions Recipes

Method :
- Marinate the pork in a mixture of the ground ingredients,
vinegar and salt for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large, heavy bottomed pan, and fry the chops till
brown on both sides.
- Add enough water to cover, cover the pan and simmer over low
heat till chops are tender and liquid absorbed.
- Add the onion rings and fry for a few more minutes till
transparent.
- Serve piping hot with rice and vegetables.
