garlic, ground

ginger, shredded fine
vinegar
oil
salt to

Method :
- Boil the meat till tender, then cut into cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground ingredients and garlic.
- When cooked and fragrant, add meat and stir thoroughly.
- Add enough water to make a thick gravy.
- Add shredded ginger, and simmer till gravy thickens.
- Add salt and vinegar to taste.
Serves 6 - 8
