Ground fine

aniseed

small pieces turmeric

lean pork

bacon

liver

coriander seeds

pod garlic, ground

piece ginger, shredded fine

vinegar

oil

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Boil the meat till tender, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground ingredients and garlic.
  3. When cooked and fragrant, add meat and stir thoroughly.
  4. Add enough water to make a thick gravy.
  5. Add shredded ginger, and simmer till gravy thickens.
  6. Add salt and vinegar to taste.

Serves 6 - 8
