Spicy Mutton Curry Recipes

Fry for
a few minutes without oil then grind fine with ginger

Method :
- Put mutton in a saucepan, add 1 cup coconut milk, half the
onions and garlic, turmeric powder and a little water.
- Cover and cook till mutton is tender.
- Add the ground spices, tamarind juice and remaining coconut
milk.
- Bring to the boil, and when gravy thickens, remove from heat.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, remaining garlic,
onions, curry leaves, cinnamon and cardamoms, and fry until
fragrant.
- Add cooked mutton and bring to boil, simmer till spices are well
blended.
