Bream and Tomato Potage Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

onion, chopped

bream fillets, skinless

lemon juice

large tomatoes, chopped

red capsicum, chopped

chopped parsley

Method :
  1. In a large saucepan, add 4 tbsp of water, heat and add onions.
  2. Sweat onions for 3 minutes.
  3. Chop fish fillets into 2cm squares, add to the onions.
  4. Add lemon juice, tomatoes and capsicum, cook 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  5. Add parsley and toss through fish mixture, serve immediately.

Serves 2
