Smoke Salmon Pate Recipes

Ingredients :

200gm

45gm

3 tbsp

1/4 cup

smoked salmon

melted butter

light cream cheese

shallots, finely sliced

Dijon mustard

cream

juice of half a lemon

Method :
  1. Roughly chop smoked salmon and place in food processor with melted butter and mustard.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. With motor running, add the lemon juice, cream and cream cheese.
  4. Fold in shallots and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate and serve with toasted bread.

Serves 2

Do not add any salt as smoked salmon is salty enough.
