Method :
- Roughly chop smoked salmon and
place in food processor with melted butter and mustard.
- Process until well blended.
- With motor running, add the lemon
juice, cream and cream cheese.
- Fold in shallots and freshly
ground pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate and serve with toasted
bread.
Serves 2
Do not add any salt as smoked salmon is
salty enough.
