Snapper with Lemon Soy Marinade and Caviar Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

soy sauce

lemon juice

snapper fillets

cream

ground black pepper

red caviar

Method :
  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce with 1/2 lemon juice.
  2. Pour mixture over fish fillets, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Mix remainder of lemon juice with cream, and beat with electric mixer until thickened and soft peaks form.
  4. Heat a well-seasoned cast iron frying pan on high heat for about 3 minutes.
  5. Remove fish from marinade (reserve marinade).
  6. Sprinkle pepper on fish and cook fillets until charred and cooked through, about 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Pour reserved marinade over fish and cook a further 30 seconds.
  8. Garnish with cream and caviar.
  9. Serve with vegetables.
