Chili Flavored Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients :
1 clove garlic
1 egg yolk
200ml olive oil
5ml Tabasco sauce
15ml tomato puree
90ml fish soup
Method :
Crush the
garlic and beat it into the egg yolk. Drip in the oil, beating all the
time. Then stir in the Tabasco sauce and the tomato puree. Just before
serving, add the hot fish soup. Serve with bouillabaisse.
