Ingredients :
3.5 pints mussles (prepare as instructed)
black pepper
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Put the opened mussels on a heated dish to keep warm. Return the strained cooking liquor to a clean saucepan and bring to the boil. Check the seasoning and pour the liquor over the mussels. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
