Tomato Sauce Recipe
Tomato Sauce (coulis des
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Cook in the olive oil with the bouquet
garni over a very low heat for about 45 minutes, by which time the sauce
should be very thick. Put through a sieve or mouli and season to taste
with salt, black pepper and a little sugar.
