red capsicum, finely chopped

Method :
- Heat margarine in a large frying
pan over moderate heat.
- Add onion, garlic, ham, chili, red
capsicum and spring onions and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple pieces and
parsley, remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Whisk together the eggs, egg
whites, milk and cheese and mix into ham and pineapple mixture.
- Pour mixture into 4 individual
10cm - 12cm greased ovenproof flan dishes, bake at 180°C for 20-25
minutes.
