Peas and Parma Ham Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

1 kg

125 ml

Parma ham

butter or margarine

peas, freshly shelled

spring onions, peeled and sliced

caster sugar

chicken stock

sprigs of mint

Method :
  1. Cut Parma ham into thin strips and add to the melted butter in a large pan.
  2. Stir in the peas and then the remaining ingredients except for the mint.
  3. Bring to the boil, cover the pan and lower the heat to a simmer over a low heat.
  4. Cook gently for no more than 15 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a warm serving dish and decorate with sprigs of mint.
