Method :
- Cut the chicken into pieces.
- Heat oil (1 tbsp) in a wok.
- Add onion paste, cook for 5-7
minutes, then add tomato purée and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, set aside.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with
salt and ginger garlic pastes for 2 hours.
- In a separate wok heat oil and add
the onion, tomato mixture, add the marinated chicken and stir fry
till chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot, accompanied by a green
salad and Indian bread.
