Coconut Fish Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

For the green coconut chutney :

50 g

fish fillets

malt vinegar

lemon juice

salt to taste

 

coriander seeds

cumin (jeera) seeds

coconut (fresh), grated

garlic paste

green chilies, chopped

green coriander, chopped

red chili powder

sugar

oil

Method :
  1. Marinate the fish fillets in vinegar, lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all the ingredients for the green chutney with a little water in a blender to make a fine paste.
  3. Apply this paste evenly on the fish fillets.
  4. Wrap each fillet separately in a greased piece for aluminum foil.
  5. Place each wrapped fish in a steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Unwrap the fish, arrange on a platter and serve with lemon wedges.
