Fish Fillets Flavored With Mustard Recipes

Ingredients : |

600g fish
fillets
15g
mustard paste
10g red
chilies, crushed
salt to
taste
25g tomato
paste
30ml lemon
juice
2 onions,
chopped
6 garlic
cloves, chopped
60ml oil |
Method :
- Mix together the mustard paste,
chilies, salt, tomato paste and lemon juice.
- Marinate the fish fillet in this
mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan,
sauté onion and garlic until transparent.
- Gently place the fillets in the
pan and cook, turning frequently, so that both sides are evenly
browned.
- Pour the remaining marinade along
with water (1/2 cup) over the fillets.
- Cover the pan and leave to simmer
for 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot, garnished
with chopped coriander and accompanied by Lachha Parantha.
Serves 4 - 6
