Method :
- Heat oil in a wok, add cardamom,
curry leaves, green chilies, ginger and garlic, stir fry for a
minute.
- Add onions, sauté till
transparent.
- Stir in turmeric, fish fillets and
coconut milk, cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Season with salt, bring to boil
and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
- Transfer to a serving dish and
serve hot, accompanied by steamed rice and green salad.
