Fish Moilee Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

fish fillets

oil

green cardamom (choti elaichi)

curry leaves

green chilies, slit

ginger, chopped

garlic, chopped

onions, chopped

turmeric (haldi) powder

coconut milk

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a wok, add cardamom, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger and garlic, stir fry for a minute.
  2. Add onions, sauté till transparent.
  3. Stir in turmeric, fish fillets and coconut milk, cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, bring to boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot, accompanied by steamed rice and green salad.
