Method :
- To the sieved flour, add salt,
sugar and carom seeds.
- Knead into a hard dough with
water.
- Cover with a moist cloth and keep
aside for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal
portions and roll into balls.
- Dust and roll into 10cm discs.
- Prick with a fork evenly.
- Bake the roti or bread for 8-10
minutes in oven 350F or till light brown in color.
- Serve hot.
