Method :
Boil potatoes,
peel and cut into small wedges. Heat oil or ghee and fry spices till
fragrant; add onions, garlic and ginger. Mix coriander and turmeric powder
with a little hot water into a paste and add to onions. Add potatoes,
salt, garam masala and sufficient water to cook for 5-6 minutes. Add mix
vegetables last and serve with hot puris.
