beans (2 x 1 cm)

coriander, chopped

Method :
- Mix together, the seafood in a
bowl and keep aside.
- Sprinkle the lemon juice, ground
coriander, chili powder, salt and cumin on the seafood and mix
gently to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle corn flour and mix to
coat the seafood thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Heat oil (3/4 cup) in a wok.
- Add the chopped onions along with
onion seeds and sauté until the onion is lightly browned.
- Stir in the french beans, sweet
corn, ginger, salt, green chilies, red chili powder and chopped
coriander.
- Stir fry for 7 - 10 minutes over
moderate heat.
- Remove from heat and place on
serving platter.
- Keep warm.
- Heat the remaining oil in a wok,
fry the marinated seafood to a golden brown color in 2 - 3 batches.
- Remove and drain all excess oil.
- Place the seafood along side the
prepared vegetables, garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
