Method :
- Marinate the shrimps with lemon
juice, ginger garlic pastes and salt, keep aside for half an hour.
- Roast the sesame seeds slightly
and crush them to a powder.
- Beat yoghurt in a bowl, add the
remaining ingredients (except for chaat masala and lemon juice).
- Rub this mixture into each shrimp
and keep in a cool place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 150C (300F).
- Skewer the shrimps and roast in
the oven till light golden in color.
- Press the sesame seed powder over
the shrimps and roast again for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve
immediately, garnished with onion rings and accompanied by a green
salad.
