Shrimps Exotica Recipes

Ingredients : |
800g
shrimps, shelled and deveined
60ml oil
3g mustard
(raee) seeds
4 green
cardamoms (choti elaichi)
4 mace
(javitri)
3 onions,
chopped
10g
garlic, flakes
10g
ginger, julienned
2 green
chilies, slit
salt to
taste
2 curry
leaves
300ml
cream |
Method :
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add mustard seeds, cardamom and
mace, sauté till they crackle.
- Add chopped onions, garlic,
ginger, and slit green chilies.
- Cook till onions are soft.
- Add salt.
- Place the shrimps in an oven proof
dish and pour the prepared mixture on top of the shrimps.
- Add curry leaves and cream to the
mixture.
- Seal the dish with aluminum foil
and cook in a preheated 350F oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, garnish with
chopped coriander and serve hot, accompanied by any Indian bread.
