Stir Fried Chicken With
Spring Onions Cooking

chicken, cut into boneless cubes
onions, chopped
tomato, finely chopped
mustard oil
mustard (raee) seeds
cumin (jeera) powder
ginger garlic paste
spring onion, leaves
salt to taste
red chili powder to taste |
Method :
- Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a wok, sauté
onion till transparent.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 10-15
minutes.
- Keep aside.
- In a separate wok, heat the
remaining oil, add mustard seeds and sauté till they crackle.
- Stir in the onion tomato mixture,
cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add the chicken, salt and red
chili powder.
- Cook further for 20 minutes on low
heat, till the chicken is done.
- Mix in the spring onion, cook for
2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot,
accompanied by any Indian bread.
