Crush or pound
paste ingredients in a mortar with pestle or in a small food processor.
Heat remaining oil in a saucepan and stir-fry paste for 1-2 minutes. Add
pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Add kecap manis, lime juice and water.
