Method :
Combine lemon
juice, turmeric, garlic and salt to make marinade. Cut squid into rings or
pieces. Place squid in a dish. Pour marinade over and marinate for 2-3
hours in the refrigerator. Dip squid in flour and deep-fry in hot oil
until golden and crisp. Serve squid with chili flakes and lemon or lime
wedges.
