wok. Add shallots and cook until golden. Add chicken and garlic and
stir-fry until just cooked. Add carrots and stir-fry for a further 2
minutes. Add cabbage, kecap manis and stock and continue to cook until
cabbage is wilted. Add noodles, bean sprouts and green shallots and
stir-fry until heated through.
