Combine oil, rind, lime juice, chilies and garlic in a shallow dish. Score
the inside skin of squid diagonally in both directions. Thread prawns
longways onto bamboo skewers and brush marinade over prawns. Add squid
pieces and octopus and brush with marinade. Leave to marinate in a
refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cook prawns, calamari and octopus on a
barbecue plate or chargrill for 5-10 minutes or until cooked. Serve with
side bowls of boiled rice.
