Method :
Preheat oven to 200C. Heat margarine in a small saucepan. Add garlic and
cook for 1-2 minutes. Add kecap manis, tamarind and sambal ulek. Bring to
the boil. Remove from heat and brush over chicken. Place chicken on a rack
over a baking tray. Cover lightly with foil and bake in preheated oven for
30 minutes. Remove foil, baste chicken and bake for a further 20-30
minutes or until cooked. Cut chicken into pieces and serve with lime
wedges.
