Preheat oven to 210C. Lightly grease or spray a non-stick baking tray with
oil. Combine cornflour, pepper, salt, coriander, cumin and chili powder in
a mixing bowl. Toss chicken in spice mixture to coat. Place chicken on
baking tray, spray lightly with oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until
golden and crisp. Serve with sambal kecap or light soy sauce.
