Spiced Chicken Drumettes (Ayam Goreng) Recipes

Ingredients :

oil for greasing

1/2 cup cornflour

2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground chili powder

1 kg chicken drumettes

Method :

Preheat oven to 210C. Lightly grease or spray a non-stick baking tray with oil. Combine cornflour, pepper, salt, coriander, cumin and chili powder in a mixing bowl. Toss chicken in spice mixture to coat. Place chicken on baking tray, spray lightly with oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with sambal kecap or light soy sauce.
