bamboo skewers, soaked in water
pineapple, peeled and cubed
apples, cubed, soaked in lemon juice

Method :

Marinate fish in combined cider,
tarragon, mint and chives in dish for 20 minutes.

Thread fish onto skewers,
alternately with fruit and cucumber.

Barbecue about 7 minutes, turning
once.

Baste with marinade during cooking.
