Ingredients : |

boneless lamb, cut into cubes
large capsicum, diced into 2.5 cm squares
cloves garlic, crushed
ground black pepper
onions, halved
salt
oil |
Method :
-
Mix garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt
and black pepper with meat, and leave to marinate in the
refrigerator overnight.

Drain meat and mount on skewers,
alternating meat, capsicum and onions.

Roast over a charcoal stove or
grill in hot oven, brushing with marinade from time to time while
cooking.
Serves 6 - 8
