Bacon Asparagus Pen Recipes

Ingredients :

8 pieces fresh asparagus

4 pieces bacon

cornflour ketchup

Method :

Rinse asparagus, cut the stem ends and smooth the surface. Scald. Cut bacon in half length wise. Wind the bacon around the asparagus starting from 2cm below the asparagus tip. Fix it with toothpick. Sprinkle with cornflour. Heat a little of oil in wok, fry it. Dip the tip of the asparagus into some ketchup. Serve immediately.

Serves 2 - 4
