Method :
Rinse fresh
shrimps thoroughly, wipe dry. Use the back of knife blade to make them
into a paste. Blend in marinade and stir to form a sticky paste. Divide
the shrimp paste and make into 8 balls, put them onto the carrot slices.
Arrange the peas to form 16 triangles. These become the leaves. Put the
corn on the shrimp balls as flowers and the mashed carrot as stamens.
Steam them over boiling water for 8 minutes. Serve while still hot.
