Method :
Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt.
Pour into wok. Stir fry over low heat. Rinse peas and carrots. Cut peas
into triangular shape. Shred carrot. Scald peas and carrots. Remove.
Heat the sauce, add minced chicken meat and cook over medium heat.
Prepare the rice box with cooked rice, smoothly covering the base. On
one side place the cooked egg, on the other side the cooked minced
chicken. Add peas and carrots. Serve immediately.
