Rice Dumpling Rabbit Recipes

Ingredients :

4 small bowls warm sushi rice

about 2 tbsp Japanese dried fish floss

1 small piece Japanese dried seaweed

Sushi Rice Seasoning

1 1/2 tbsp sushi vinegar

salt to taste

Method :

Mix sushi rice well with seasonings. Prepare a rabbit shape mould and half fill with sushi rice. Add 1 tsp of dried fish floss and fill the rest of mould with sushi rice, press to make the bottom flat. Take out the rice dumpling, use dried fish floss to make the rabbit's ears. Cut dried seaweed as eyes, nose and mouth, put in the right places. You have a lovely rabbit. Serve immediately.
