Method :

Mix
all the ingredients, except the yoghurt and parsley sprigs, to make
a smooth, moist paste - a food processor does it in moments.

Flour
your hands and form the mixture into small balls, a little larger
than walnuts.

Arrange them in a shallow pan, pour on the yoghurt and simmer for 15
minutes, shaking the pan often.

Garnish with the parsley sprigs.

Serve
with jacket potatoes or rice.
