Method :
Heat frying pan (no oil), and brown
the chilies, coriander, cumin, turmeric and aniseed. Remove from pan and grind fine. Heat oil in a pan and brown the
onions and ginger, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon. Add ground spices and fry till oil
separates. Add minced lamb and salt. Stir well and cover, simmering for
15 minutes. Add coconut milk and tomatoes, and
cook over medium heat till dry.
