Method :
Soak cracked wheat in water 30 minutes. Drain. Squeeze out excess liquid.
Mix with other ingredients in a bowl. Divide mixture into 12 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a sausage shape, insert a metal skewer lengthways through the middle of each.
Place Koftas on a cold, lightly oiled grill.
Cook under medium-high heat 8 minutes, turning regularly, until brown and cooked through.
Serve in pita bread with Tabbouleh.
